• A minimum of one hour must be reserved for cleanup within your rental period. Additional charges will apply for events that exceed the agreed checkout time.
• All weddings must be coordinated by a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator. Family members and friends cannot serve in this role. Ask about our list of preferred planners and coordinators.
• Security is required for any event serving alcohol. A minimum of one officer is needed for gatherings under 75 guests and two officers for events exceeding 75 guests.
• Wedding rentals include a one-hour rehearsal, available Monday through Thursday, depending on scheduling availability.
• Setup, breakdown, and standard table and chair arrangements are included within your rental timeframe. Room flips are not covered and must be handled by your coordinator or event planner.
• Any bar staff, security, valet, and additional services must be booked through third-party vendors. A 18% service charge applies.
• The primary renter must be 25 years or older to book The Magnolia Social.
• Pricing is subject to change for holidays and holiday weekends.
• All payments made are final and non-refundable.
