Is cleanup time included in my rental period?
Yes, at least one hour must be allocated for cleanup within your rental period. Any events that exceed the agreed checkout time will incur additional charges.
Is security required for my event?
Security is mandatory for any event serving alcohol. If your guest count is under 75 guests, you’ll need at least one HPD officer. Events with more than 75 guests require a minimum of two HPD officers.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes, outside catering is welcome, but bar staff, valet, and security must be booked through our approved vendors.
Are there any age restrictions for booking The Magnolia Social?
Yes, the person booking the venue must be at least 25 years old.
How do I secure my booking?
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed before the event date.
What is included in the rental fee?
The fee includes tables, chairs, venue access, setup, and breakdown. Room flips must be handled by your coordinator.
